Hello All,

Registration for teams that play at Kolping on Friday Night will begin at 5:15 on Friday Evening. Only teams that have Friday night games at Kolping can register from 5:15-6:00PM at Kolping Soccer Complex.

Registration for teams that play Friday night games at Joyce Park will begin at 5:00 PM on Friday night at JOYCE PARK Tournament Headquarters Tent. Only teams with Friday night games at Joyce Park can register at Joyce Park.....

All teams that dont play on Friday evening will need to register at Kolping Soccer Club from 6:00PM-9:00PM Friday

Do not come before 6:00 PM if you do not have a game on Friday. We have many teams that need to be registered for Friday night games.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING TO REGISTRATION?
OSYSA REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS -you will be required to provide:

1. Original State Approved Roster (plus 1 copy which will be retained)

2. Player Pass Cards (for each player and guest player) Passes MUST BE LAMINATED (Limit 3 guest players)

3. Coach Pass Cards (for each registered coach) Passes MUST BE LAMINATED

4. Travel Permit (if from outside of Ohio South) Please do online.

5. Guest Player Roster (if applicable) Please do online.
The guest players are registered through Ohio South

Click on all osysa forms
Then click on guest player approval online

Medical Releases will not be asked for at registration, (Unless your team is from outside of Ohio South) but each team must carry them throughout the tournament.

10th Annual Kolping Seth Stevens Memorial 2012

Each year our tournament continues to grow. It's not because of the competition that comes out to participate, but because each year teams, families and players understand what our tournament is about. Kolping holds this tournament inorder to remember Seth Stevens as a player and a friend. Therefore, we donate the tournament proceeds to Children's Hospital Hemotology/Oncology Division where Seth was being Treated.

We also, run a Toy Drive so that we can donate Toys to Children's Hospital as well. Each year we are shocked, surprised, and thankful of all the Donations that Teams, Families, Players and Organizations make. It is great to see all different teams come together for a Great Cause.

Last year we had a great success with the donations. Kids from all clubs raised money, selling lemonade or going door to door asking for donations, just to be able to give toys to the hospital. It was a great success.

We do ask that for all teams that are planning on bringing toys- either as a team or individuals to donate to Childrens Hospital, Please Check out the Acceptable Toys list from Children's Hospital in our FAQ section.

Our tournament is held to honor the memory of Seth- a great soccer player and person. #19 We'll never forget you.....
